Corporate Diwali Gifting in Delhi 2026: A Practical Guide for HR Teams and Founders

8 October 2026 · Bimmoli Luxury Gifting, Rohini, Delhi

Corporate Diwali gifting is one of the few times in the year a company can thank every employee, client and partner at once. Done well, it's remembered. Done in a rush, it's a box of sweets that gets passed on. This guide covers how Delhi companies can plan corporate Diwali gifts calmly, with budgets, timelines and real hamper options.

Step 1: Split your list by relationship

Most companies gift three groups, and each deserves a different budget:

• Employees and teams: usually the largest list. A consistent hamper for everyone keeps it fair.
• Clients and partners: fewer people, higher budget, more personal presentation.
• Key relationships: founders, top clients and investors, where a standout gift makes the point.

Step 2: Set a budget per head

These are the budget bands Delhi companies most often use, with a matching Bimmoli hamper for each. Every price below is the total MRP of the contents and the container.

• Under ₹700 per person: the Paper Design Basket (₹523), Paper Hut (₹632) with Ferrero Moments, or the Jute Bag 11 x 11 (₹684).
• ₹700 to ₹1,200: the Jute Bag Best Wishes (₹862), a reusable bag employees actually carry, or the Jute Bag 15 x 11 (₹1,047).
• ₹1,200 to ₹2,000 (clients): the Wooden Hexagon Handle Basket (₹1,271) with a Rich Daddy almonds gift box, the Snacks Mini Vanity Hamper (₹1,449), or the Gift Hamper Box Paris (₹1,695) with a ₹525 tin of Sapphire almonds.
• ₹2,000 and above (key relationships): our signature Diwali Treats ATM (₹2,714) or the Grand Wooden Hexagon Basket (₹3,465) with Tchibo Gold coffee and Ferrero Moments.

Step 3: Choose a container people keep

The container is what stays on a desk or shelf after the treats are gone, so it's what carries your company's thank-you through the year. Jute bags, wooden baskets, velvet purses and the wooden Diwali Treats ATM are all reused. For employees, a jute bag is practical and sustainable; for clients, wood or velvet feels premium.

Step 4: Plan the timeline

For Diwali 2026, the safest plan for bulk orders is:

• 3 to 4 weeks before Diwali: finalise the list, the budget per head and the hamper.
• 2 to 3 weeks before: confirm quantities, branding and any personalised notes.
• The final week: pickup or dispatch.

Late orders are often possible, but the earlier you confirm, the more choice you have on containers and contents.

Step 5: Add branding and a personal note

A short note from the founder or team lead turns a hamper into a message. Ask us about adding your logo, a printed card or a personalised tag to bulk orders.
